Requirements in applying for electronic KITAS

On May 2, 2016, the Directorate General of Immigration has innovated on a bestowal of an electronic temporary stay permit that a foreign national with a temporary stay visa can apply for online at Pelaporan KITAS’ website . To receive the permit, one should prepare his passport and visa. You will be asked to input your remaining home address and the numbers from both your visa and passport. The applicant will receive an email informing the date to visit the Immigration Office and proceed with the non-tax revenue (PNPB) payment processing, photo-taking, biometrics, and interviews. Your permit will be sent in a form of a pdf by email.

Non-tax revenue, in this case, has already included the fees for your permit, the re-entry permit, and administration.
