Foreign Investment (PMA) is the activity of investing capital to conduct business in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia carried out by foreign investors, either using foreign capital entirely or Jointly owned  with domestic investors.

PT PMA should be established by at least 2 people, one or all of the founders of which are foreign citizens and/or foreign nationals with foreign companies and/or PT PMA in Indonesia and/or collaborating with Indonesian citizens and /or local companies in Indonesia.

  7. Copy of Land Certificate
  8. Copy of Land Owner ID Card
